Our farm offers a welcoming atmosphere for everyone to engage in new and exciting forms of physical and mental exercise. From cold water plunges to gentle yoga, strength training to saunas, there's opportunities for everyone to develop the skills required to build and maintain a positive lifestyle.

Our practitioners are skilled professionals with a keen interest in promoting clarity within the often-baffling world of health and wellbeing.

​

The wellness space comprises of a beautiful straw bothy, perfect for small classes, sound baths and meditation sessions. The on-site sauna is managed by Lindsay who is not only a British Sauna Society member, but also a breathwork coach and cold water immersion instructor. We are also opening a spacious safari tent for larger classes and communal sessions.

Our CLASSES

By no means an exhaustive list! New practitioners join us regularly.

A weekly class for anyone who dislikes the formality of a gym. This is a great way to get outside, workout and meet new people. Each class ends with an optional visit to the cafe for a quick social catch-up.​

Taught by fantastic PT, Beth Sanger, this class is great for participants of all ages and abilities.

Just bring a water bottle and your coffee order!

The sauna is open to the public regularly for communal sessions. There is also the option to book the sauna for private sessions - perfect if you're staying on site or visiting with friends.

Next to the sauna is a cold shower and plunge for the brave!

Yoga is a popular form of exercise and relaxation, with many variations in practice ​and class content.

Nartan Rose teaches regular classes in the Bothy which focus on slow, deep postures, breathwork and meditation.

Additional practitioners also use this space for one-off sessions and retreats.

We can also arrange a private class during your stay at Sorelle.

The bothy offers a beautiful space for private massage sessions, warmed by the heat of  a wood burning stove.

Janine, of ELMS Botanical, is a local massage and skincare expert who specialises in creating bespoke packages to help you relax and unwind.

Janine regularly combines her therapy sessions with the sauna to create a 'mini spa' retreat for those looking for a unique experience.

Massage Therapy Session

If you're interested in sound healing and holistic wellbeing, these are the sessions for you.

Led by the fabulous Lou of Louminosity, these classes help to quiet the mind, release emotional tension, rebalance and feel more grounded.

Lou regularly hosts sessions in collaboration with the sauna to bring you a restorative and calming retreat.

Sharing space with people and looking out for one another is at the heart of circle culture. Various practitioners host circles in the bothy, warmed by the wood burning stove and surrounded by nature.

Root & Bloom Together, run by Sophie, hold regular women's circles to mark the changing seasons. These sessions offer an opportunity to open up, although sharing within the circle is optional.
